Giggles: 2005

Children's laughter is magical and it is music to Santa's ears. Once in awhile--when the laughter is especially beautiful--he makes a comment about it to the child. He compliments them on their wonderful laugh.

One little girl--about seven- years- old laughed at something Santa said. He called it to the attention of the group around him. She laughed again. Santa laughed. She laughed again. Santa laughed. Pretty soon they were giggling up a storm together. People around caught the spirit of it all and many in the group were giggling and laughing as well. It was a mighty fine time.

People should laugh more. It heals. It refreshes. It shoos away the gloominess of the day. It is contagious. Just look how the laughter of one little child spread over the room to all of us. It is such a simple thing, really. But look how powerful!
