The Promise: 1999

Santa did a few parties in the new area we lived. I waited out in the car. I missed watching him, but I was shy and didn't want to be Mrs. Claus. I promised Santa that I would do it next year and we bought a lot of Christmas material the end of December. I had every intention of keeping my promise, especially after Columbia Gorge Inn. We had had so much fun seeing our grandsons on that trip. It helped us, as we were missing others who were far away.
